Marilene JS, 47, was arrested in the early hours of this Monday (15) accused of arriving home drunk and assaulting her 33-year-old husband. The incident took place in the Lagoinha neighborhood, east of Porto Velho.
According to information in the police report, the woman had left home around 3 pm and when she returned late in the evening, she was unhappy when her husband refused to make love to her.
The woman then tried to have sex with the man by force, so there was an argument and the suspect started punching the victim in the face.
The man suffered a cut on his face and called the Military Police. The crime was witnessed by the couple's children. The woman told the police that the motive for the act was because her husband had sworn at her during the argument. Marilene was taken to the Police Station. Source: Corvo News
