On Sunday, March 14, Brazilians take over the streets of the country's main capitals and Federal District.
Coincidence or people's fear?
Alexandre de Moraes today granted house arrest to federal deputy Daniel Silveira (PSL-RJ). The decision determines that he will be monitored electronically, which will be done with an ankle bracelet.
It doesn't stop there, welcome to the country of inverse and controversial rights!
In the 13-page ruling, the minister prohibited Silveira from “receiving visitors without prior judicial authorization.” He will also not be able to publish on social media, “including through his press office.”
Silveira will also not be able to give interviews. The parliamentarian, however, will be able to resume his activities as a deputy, but remotely. The president of the Chamber of Deputies, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), should be informed of the decision of the STF minister.
If the parliamentarian fails to comply with the orders, he could return to prison, Moraes said.
This is a true dictatorship of the STF…
