The reelected mayor of Caxias, Fábio Gentil (Republicans), was transferred to São Paulo, in the early hours of this Tuesday (8), for treatment of Covid-19. The manager is hospitalized at Hospital Sírio-Libanês, a national reference in care for various illnesses.
After Fábio Gentil presented respiratory problems and high blood sugar levels, the medical team that was treating him in Caxias recommended that he be transferred to the capital of São Paulo. The mayor is accompanied by family members at the hospital.
At the moment, the health condition is stable and at any time the hospital must release the first medical report with information about the manager's clinical condition.
