Lewandowski dismissed lawsuit filed by deputies and senators
Former Education Minister Abraham Weintraub has won a victory in the Supreme Federal Court (STF). A lawsuit filed by some deputies and senators had its processing denied in the Court.
According to columnist Lauro Jardim, from the newspaper O Globo, Minister Ricardo Lewandowski extinguished the process, in which the parliamentarians accused Weintraub of having committed crimes of responsibility, such as “issuing orders or making requests in a way that is contrary to the express provisions of the Constitution”.
