The PT member defends President Jair Bolsonaro's right to nominate the name of the institution's general director.
Ex-convict, Lula went against the grain of the left and left everyone open-mouthed when he defended the president of Brazil. Is Bolsonaro now right?
Lula (PT) stated this Tuesday (15) to the DCM website that former Minister of Justice and Public Security Sérgio Moro (no party affiliation) is “unbalanced” and “mediocre”. According to Lula, Moro created “pyrotechnics” when he accused President Jair Bolsonaro (no party affiliation) of having tried to interfere in the Federal Police to protect his family.
“He (Moro) could have shown seriousness when he became a Bolsonaro supporter. He is so mediocre that, when he leaves, he tries to create yet another pyrotechnic with the support of Globo: 'Ah, I'm going to leave because Bolsonaro wants to appoint the director general of the Federal Police'. It is important to remember that the president of the Republic has the right to appoint the director of the Federal Police, yes. I appointed him twice and never asked or gave instructions because they have autonomy. And why did Moro think he could and Bolsonaro couldn't? He is trying to win over public opinion by lying again”, said Lula defending Bolsonaro.
Everyone can now see that Bolsonaro was always right, the PT supporters are now getting a slap in the face from the very exponent of the ideology.
