A man who had a court order not to approach his family was killed by his children, after threatening them, on the night of this Friday (14/01), in Recanto das Emas. The information is from Metrópoles.
According to police chief Pablo Aguiar, from the 27th Police Precinct (Recanto das Emas), the man had the key to the residence and entered the property, located on block 510, around 11 pm on Friday. He showed signs of drunkenness. There, he began to tell his children that they “would have stayed by their mother’s side even though she had cheated on him.”
The two sons, aged 20 and 23, informed their father that their mother was not at home. According to the police chief, the brothers said that the woman had been traveling for about a month to escape the harassment of her ex-partner.
“The father had been arrested in June of last year for a crime committed against his ex-wife, under the Maria da Penha Law, of assault and slander. In August, he was also arrested on an arrest warrant for a crime committed against his ex-wife. And, in October, he was released. According to his children, he was wearing an electronic ankle bracelet, but yesterday (14/01) he removed it,” says Pablo Aguiar.
