It is quite clear that General Heleno is not here to be messed with, much less to be blackmailed by Congress.
The General was against the agreement made by General Ramos with the National Congress, regarding the mandatory amendments of the National Congress.
When talking to other members of the Government, Heleno said that he defends a tougher treatment with Congress and does not accept the systematization of the old policy.
At one point the General said 'Fuck you and Congress'.
– The General is absolutely right when he talks about Congress trying to blackmail President Jair Bolsonaro. We cannot give in to these foxes who are fueled by the people’s money.
