WHO declares global public health emergency, as Carnival is approaching, the effects of mass contamination could be drastic.
Carnival is the biggest party in the world, where there are a lot of crowds and therefore the coronavirus can certainly spread instantly.
We have no information from Brazilian authorities regarding the cancellation of Carnival. It is very likely that in cities with outbreaks of the virus, gatherings will not be allowed.
