- 12 tablespoons sugar
Preparation

- Mix sugar and water together, place in a pan and cook over low heat, without stirring, until caramel color.
- Line the entire inside of the central cone and set aside.

Pudding
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Increase speed and gradually add roads.
- Continue beating for 6 minutes or until a stiff sponge forms.
- Pour the meringue into the caramel mold, pressing gently to remove air bubbles and not overfill as the cake expands.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180 ºC), in the refrigerator (use hot water), for 35 minutes or until golden.
- Unmold while still hot and serve cold.
