A delicious 2-ingredient pudding recipe

Dessert recipe with 2 ingredients, that's right, a delicious grandma's pudding with just two ingredients. 

Ingredients

   Syrup

  • 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) sugar (about 250 g)
  • /2 cup water

    Pudding

  • 7 egg whites
  • 12 tablespoons sugar



Preparation

Syrup

  1. Mix sugar and water together, place in a pan and cook over low heat, without stirring, until caramel color.
  1. Line the entire inside of the central cone and set aside.

Pudding

  1. In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  1. Increase speed and gradually add roads.
  1. Continue beating for 6 minutes or until a stiff sponge forms.
  1. Pour the meringue into the caramel mold, pressing gently to remove air bubbles and not overfill as the cake expands.
  1. Bake in a preheated oven (180 ºC), in the refrigerator (use hot water), for 35 minutes or until golden.
  1. Unmold while still hot and serve cold.
