The Superior Labor Court (TST) will award President Jair Bolsonaro and the Minister of Justice a medal in recognition of their contribution “to the greatness of the country”. The award ceremony took place last Tuesday (13).
In addition to Bolsonaro and Moro, the award will also be granted to the presidents of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, Rodrigo Maia and Davi Alcolumbre, and to the Chief of Staff, Onyx Lorenzoni. The ministers of the Supreme Federal Court, the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the Superior Military Court (STM), as well as members of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and the military leadership, are also on the list.
Jair Bolsonaro, Davi Alcolumbre and Dias Toffoli will receive the highest honor, the Grand Collar. The Grand Cross, the second highest, will be awarded to Vice President General Hamilton Mourão, General Augusto Heleno Pereira, Ministers Moro and Onyx, and also Rodrigo Maia. The top military brass is also included in the list.
Three ministers of the STF, Alexandre de Moraes, Edson Fachin and Luís Roberto Barroso, will also receive the Grand Cross award, in addition to the president of the STJ, João Otávio de Noronha, the governor of the Federal District, Ibaneis Rocha (MDB), and the attorney general of the Union, André Luiz de Almeida Mendonça.
The Law School of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) and the Pestalozzi Association will also be honored with the merit.
