O Brazil Aid It is one of the Federal Government's main measures to address social inequality based on income, providing income in kind to the lowest-income people in Brazil.
The benefit aims to guarantee a monthly income for families in vulnerable situations, who were affected by unemployment resulting from the crisis or other factors as well.
The government has already said that it intends to maintain the amounts paid for Auxílio Brasil, despite the measure being taken during the pandemic, but it has been helping millions of people to supplement their income.
O Brazil Aid is paid by the Federal Government, but to do so, the citizen must register on the Caixa Econômica Federal website or app. The benefit is paid directly into the person's checking or savings account, via bank transfer.
To register on Brazil Aid You must have a valid CPF and be registered in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico). In addition, you must prove that you do not receive any other type of benefit, such as Bolsa Família or Unemployment Insurance.

What challenges does Auxílio Brasil face in 2023?
The amount of Auxílio Brasil varies according to the beneficiary's family situation. For families consisting of only one person, the amount of the aid is R$1,200.00; for families with more than one person, the amount to be received varies between R$1,200.00 and R$1,400.00.
Under current rules, the benefit amount should return to the level of 400 reais, since the commitment of 600 reais is scheduled to end in December. Marcelo Neri, director of FGV Social, said: “There is no point in paying a higher amount for five months and then the benefits return. Poor families need stability. Not to mention the impact of inflation.”
Is there any way to borrow money from Auxílio Brasil?
Yes, if you are already a beneficiary of the program, you can apply for a loan with the financial institution that granted you the loan. The important thing to remember before applying for a loan with Auxilio Brasil is that it can only be done with a salary loan.
Additionally, depending on the credit limit requested, your payment installment may be up to 40% of the amount you receive as Auxílio Brasil. Given that the aid is in the range of R$ 400.00, this is indeed an amount worth considering, although payments of R$ 600.00 are guaranteed until the end of 2022.
