João Doria threatened to use the Supreme Court to force the president to buy the Chinese vaccine without proving its efficacy as guaranteed by regulatory agencies. China itself has not yet carried out mass testing of its “poison”.
Bolsonaro, as always being firm, told the governor that the vaccine will not enter Brazil before confirming its effectiveness.
Doria did not accept the president's position and started talking nonsense on social media and ended up being attacked by the population itself, who did not want to be guinea pigs for a test that its own creator did not even screen.
The president showed who is in charge and said live that João Doria does not make decisions about his government and sent a message to the governor of São Paulo. “No one here will be anyone’s guinea pig,” said the president.
