The cynicism and lack of character of the rotten group that is dominating the top of the Judiciary Branch has no limits.
Major-Brigadier Jaime Sanchez
Minister Ricardo Lewandowski reportedly published a letter in the Folha de São Paulo newspaper last Tuesday “in defense of the democratic rule of law”, in which he stated that “Bolsonaro is subject to impeachment proceedings if he attempts to violate the exercise of political, individual or social rights, going beyond the strict parameters that guide presidential actions in those situations”.
The minister was referring to the president's statements that he would use a decree that allows the use of the Armed Forces to guarantee law and order (GLO), if chaos were to be created through riots, similar to what is happening in several South American countries.
Before commenting on this absurdity, I ask: what did Minister Lewandowski do when President Michel Temer issued a GLO decree during the demonstrations for his departure and against labor and social security reforms, with many vandals invading buildings and setting fire to the Ministry of Agriculture? Nothing.
Now, when several recent incitements to violence from the left could really bring chaos to the country, such as former President Lula, shortly after leaving prison, encouraging his people to imitate the troublemakers in Chile; PT president Gleisi Hofmann, stating that if Lula were arrested, blood would flow; convicted José Dirceu, wanting to “take over the country”; and “landless worker” Stedile, promising to put his armies on the streets, he becomes the herald of democracy. Good grief!
These attitudes would deserve energetic action that has not been adopted and, if the hypotheses raised occur, there would be sufficient reason to go beyond the GLO, since the institutions responsible for preventing these riots are not able to do so.
Impeachment, Your Excellency, deserved your attitude, tearing up the Constitution, together with the President of the National Congress, who should also have been impeached, affronting the entire Nation to maintain the political rights of an incompetent thief, who helped to sink Brazil.
Impeachment is deserved by the people who exempted former president Lula from the mensalão scandal.
Your excellencies deserved impeachment when, in the case of former left-wing activist Cesare Battisti, sentenced to life imprisonment in Italy for four murders, you made a farce of pretending to comply with Italy's request to extradite him, but left the final decision up to President Lula.
Impeachment should have received the errands of the 2nd group of the STF, who voted for the release of the criminal José Dirceu.
A fair impeachment would be for those who sought to prevent the TCU from monitoring Itaipu Binacional, the largest sponsor of perks for members of the Judiciary, in supporting lectures and legal events and, more recently, for those who tried to prevent the use of COAF data to combat corruption.
Impeachment is deserved by those who voted 4 times for the possibility of imprisonment after conviction in the second instance, until they achieved the appropriate score to protect the most corrupt prisoner in the history of this country, threatening society with the freedom of thousands of criminals of all kinds.
Those who keep dozens of cases against corrupt ministers and politicians off the agenda deserve impeachment and dismissal.
All those who are conspiring against Brazil, through the destabilization of the government and the extermination of the fight against corruption, should be impeached and dismissed.
If you really want to know who deserves to be purged from their positions: ministers, politicians or the President of the Republic, do a popular survey, not in those rigged institutes that, in 2018, guaranteed that the idiot would be a senator in Minas Gerais; they deliberately missed the victory of several candidates for governor and dehydrated (this term is in fashion) Bolsonaro's advantage in the elections.
Consult an impartial institute and your excellencies will not be surprised, because you already know the result, but you do not have the humility to renounce, love for the country or, at least, shame for the family.
In time: “recurrent conspirators”, your words in the same letter, are your excellencies, for what you do weekly, monocratically or in that boring plenary session in defense of impunity and corruption.
The metastasis spreads and Brazil is in agony.
Brazil above all, God above all.
