Jair Bolsonaro hinted today, upon leaving the Alvorada Palace, that he should veto the R$2 billion electoral fund approved yesterday by Congress.
He asked some supporters who were waiting for him at the palace door: “Do you think we should veto or sanction the R$2 billion from the party fund?” The response came in chorus, in favor of the veto.
Bolsonaro also said:
“The PT will get R$200 million to campaign next year. Those PSL people over there who switched sides will also get R$200 million. If they want to make expensive campaign material, I’m not going to help that guy. That’s it.”
