The minister of the Supreme Federal Court, Cármen Lúcia, banged the table and denied the gradual return of services and activities considered non-essential in the municipality of Marília (SP).
The municipal manager tried to gradually return to activities to try to save both the victims of COVID-19 and the municipality's economy.
In the complaint, by Cármen Lúcia, the municipality pointed out a violation of the decisions handed down by the Supreme Court in the Argument of Non-Compliance with Fundamental Precept 672 and in the Direct Action of Unconstitutionality 6.31.
Once again, a manager has a barrier and cannot save the economy of his municipality.
