US President Donald Trump is planning to create a conservative and Republican TV station 100%, after a strained relationship with Fox News in the post-election period.
Fox News, the main competitor of CNN in the United States, is considered the favorite of Republicans in the United States. Throughout Trump's term, the president maintained a good relationship with the channel. However, it seems that after the campaign and elections, the Republican has begun to criticize some of the channel's positions.
Trump, who is a businessman and very visionary in business, has already noticed the need and space in the journalism market to serve the more conservative public, the information would have been provided by sources close to the president to the digital newspaper Axios.
Trump reportedly became irritated with Fox News after several statements about alleged electoral fraud were labeled as 'false claims' by the network, even cutting off the speech by Kayleigh McEnany, the White House press secretary.
According to the newspaper Axios, Trump's intention is to create a digital channel via streaming, to compete with Fox News, the idea would not be to create a cable channel due to the complexity and high investment required.
The same thing happens here in Brazil, where the vast majority of the population is Christian and conservative, but there is no channel with conservative journalism and entertainment programs aimed at the family.
