A woman in the United Kingdom has told a story of betrayal worthy of a movie screen. In an interview with the British newspaper Mirror, Lauren Walls revealed that her mother cheated on her with her husband during their honeymoon and had a child with him. And as if that weren't enough, her husband and mother-in-law even got married.
According to Lauren, she and Paul White had been together for two years when they had a daughter. She was 19 and he was 20. Five months after the girl was born, in August 2004, they got married. Lauren's mother, Julie, helped pay for the wedding and was invited by the couple to go on their honeymoon with them. About two months later, Paul moved out.
The betrayed woman says that, after the honeymoon, she began to notice strange behavior from Paul, who spent a lot of time away from home. The revelation of the betrayal happened after Lauren's sister saw suspicious messages from her brother-in-law on Julie's cell phone.
When questioned by her daughter, the mother denied the affair. However, when she spoke to her husband, Paul admitted to cheating and separated from Lauren, leaving her alone with the couple's 7-month-old baby. Days later, her ex-husband moved in with his mother-in-law.
Weeks after the breakup, Lauren realized that her mother was pregnant. Julie tried to deny it, saying it was a cyst. Months later, in July 2005, the baby was born. “I texted her and asked, ‘So, did you get the cyst removed?’” she says.
