By three votes to zero, the Sixth Panel of the Superior Court of Justice ordered the release of the former governor of Rio de Janeiro this Tuesday (10).
He is a defendant in Operation Lava Jato in Rio de Janeiro, accused of being part of a corruption scheme led by former governor Sérgio Cabral, of whom he was deputy.
