Supreme Court is rejected by 39% of the population and Congress by 45%

The Supreme Federal Court (STF) is disapproved by 391% of Brazilians, according to a Datafolha survey. According to this survey, four out of ten rate the Supreme Court's performance as bad or terrible. The figures were released by the newspaper Folha de S. Paulo.


Only 19% consider the court's performance as excellent or good, while 38% consider it to be average and 4% did not express an opinion.



President Bolsonaro was rejected by 36%, while the National Congress is rejected by 45% of Brazilians. Among those who disapprove of President Jair Bolsonaro's performance, 49% also reject the Supreme Court.


However, among those who approve of the Bolsonaro government, the STF's approval rate is 28%.


2,948 people were interviewed on December 5th and 6th in 176 municipalities in all regions of the country. The margin of error is two percentage points, either way.
