Do you know the past of Alexandre de Moraes, the STF minister who maintains his veto on Ramagem's appointment as head of the PF?
Operation Acronym, coordinated by the Federal Police and the Federal Public Ministry, seized documents that indicate the payment of at least R$4 million from one of the companies under investigation, JHSF Participações, from São Paulo, to the law firm of the Minister of Justice, Alexandre de Moraes, between 2010 and 2014.
An investigation that identified payments to a lawyer by a company involved in Operation Acronym was shelved by the Supreme Court minister, who also ordered the case to remain confidential. So no one says anything!
With documentation under seal, Alexandre de Moraes could not even ask about suspicious money.
Does the minister have any moral authority to try to prevent the President from appointing someone? Not to mention that he is a minister with a completely dirty and corrupt past.
