Colonel Ibis participated in a debate with Gabriel Monteiro live on Band, on the program “Aqui na Band”.
The Colonel was very angry and defended himself and made it clear that he is suing the PM. Gabriel made it clear that he is not accusing, but rather questioning the former commander of the PMRJ.
The commander even called Gabriel Monteiro to enter the Mará Complex, the so-called (heart of traffic).
