Doria and Witzel are considering activating a decree that will prohibit crowds of people in public places due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The reason, according to them, is to prevent the spread of the virus, which has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. Many people know that this is not only due to the coronavirus but also for political reasons.
It will depend on the date the decrees are issued, but it will certainly be intended to cancel the right-wing demonstrations on the 15th.
In turn, the governor of Rio joined Rodrigo Maia and Davi Alcolumbre in a conversation and stated that the decree will be issued. João Doria neither confirms nor denies this.
The curious thing is that Witzel immediately spoke with Maia and Alcolumbre.
