Luciano Hang's lawyers intend to report the STF to international bodies for violating the Law on Defense of Police Investigations, approved by the Senate on March 7, 2018. The STF has been conducting an investigation that is about Fake News without the right to Full Defense or Knowledge of the Investigation.
The STF seized computers and cell phones from people who support the President, and with Hang, it was no different. The businessman had his cell phone and computers cowardly seized, without a single right to defense. In this way and abusively, the STF takes away the right to defense of the great Brazilian businessman.
Last Friday (29), Luciano Hang's defense filed a request for a preliminary injunction to the interim president of the STF, Minister Luiz Fux.
What we do know is that the STF is increasingly pretending to be communist and taking away citizens' right to have an opinion on Brazilian politics. When Bolsonaro says that the STF is persecuting his government, you should believe him!

”Luciano Hang, through his Lawyers at Beno Brandão and Leal & Varasquim Advogados, clarifies that:He did not publish any Fake News, directly or indirectly, nor did he finance any of the investigated parties or other means of Fake News. The accusation is false, as is the alleged boosting of Whatsapp of which he was accused in the elections, which turned out to be completely unproven.To date, unfortunately, no copy of the investigation, in which the invasive measures and prior censorship were determined, has been provided. This access is awaited to make the hollowness of the accusations even more evident.Hiding the investigation is an unconstitutional way of making Luciano Hang’s defense unfeasible against the absurd conjectures directed at him.”
